KIDS & YOUTH BOXING

Designed as an outlet for youth to lower stress and depression while developing a more positive self-image through boxing fitness. Our coaches provide a fitness experience that is equally fun and intense, while demonstrating the values of leadership and respect.

ADULT BOXING

An intense non-contact class for members to experience boxing training designed to improve fitness, strength, skills, and self-confidence. Workouts include partner drills, heavy bags, occasional focus mitts training, and various bodyweight exercises.

WOMEN'S BOXING

Women's Boxing was created to empower and equip our female community with offensive and defensive skills to protect themselves, if ever necessary. This class is the 1 – 2 punch; providing a fun, intense workout to help you get into shape.

YOUTH & ADULT COMPETITION TRAINING

Group sparring catered to the specific training needs of each participant. This elite boxing experience is for members who are curious, new, and familiar with competitive boxing. All fitness levels are welcome to participate.

SPARRING SESSIONS

This class is designed for boxing enthusiasts providing a dynamic and safe environment for participants to refine their boxing techniques through controlled sparring sessions. Must also have a Boxing Ontario Membership.

BOXING BODY

Boxers are known to be in the best shape of all athletes. This class will be a combination of resistance training, cardio, strength, agility and all the components needed to get you that figure you have always desired!
